2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

We stand behind the logistics and physical quality of our packaging. If your order arrives compromised, we will resolve the issue immediately under the following strict conditions:

  • Reporting Window: Any transit damage, missing items, or incorrect product shipments must be reported to our customer support team within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp indicated on your tracking number.

  • We encourage all buyers to resolve any order disputes directly with our support desk.

  • Friendly Fraud & Chargeback Penalty: Filing a fraudulent chargeback or disputing a legitimate transaction with your financial institution will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your research customer account. Additionally, Amanda Peptides reserves the right to report dishonest payment activities to standard research industry merchant databases and credit bureaus.
